What is SIWES at AEA?
The Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) at Automation and Engineering Academy is a learning-based internship program designed to provide students with practical, hands-on industrial training and real-world technical skills.
Unlike traditional SIWES placements, our program is structured around intensive learning and skill development. Students are actively taught and mentored by industry experts, gaining practical experience through guided projects and hands-on training sessions.
